The MM 100 memory mattress
The MM 100 memory mattress is made up of a layer of cold HR foam (High Resilience) with a density of 35 kg/m3 and a thickness of 10 cm, on top of which is a layer of memory foam with a density of 80 kg/m3 and a thickness of 4 cm, as well as a replaceable top layer made of 100% polyurethane fabric, which is entirely medical grade.
These mattresses conform to the shape of the patient’s body and, by dispersing the patient’s weight throughout the body, they minimize capillary blood flow blockage and, as a result, the formation of bedsores in patients at medium to high risk.
It should be noted that the use of these mattresses for patients only does not prevent bedsores. Regularly changing the patient’s position is highly recommended.
